Pandemonium (US-Windrunner) PVE-PST "The Premier Weekend Raiding Guild"

Pandemonium is a 20-man progression guild who raid to have fun and complete current content as fast as we are able.
Currently recruiting exceptional raiders!
High need for those classes/specs listed above.
Raid Schedule:
Friday - Sunday: 6PM-9:30PM (PST)
What can we offer you?:
Progression: No matter where we land on the rankings we are always expecting the guild to be as good as we can with the roster we have. One thing we will always do is try to be better and try to progress faster. We have strategy chats and a forum for theory. We love interesting strategy ideas from wherever they come. So from day 1 you can be involved and give as much input as you'd like.
What are our expectations of you?:
Performance: Performance does not only mean raw numbers. If you are unable to listen to instruction someone will escort you to the Pandemonium house basement and have their way with you.
Attendance: Since we are on such a short raiding schedule Attendance is very important. If you are a stellar player and can only show up half the time you are worthless to us.
Preparation: As far as raiding materials we provide flasks, potions, and a banquet for most farm and early progression. However when fights get closer to kills we expect people to have best available stat food of their own. Min-maxing is still a thing and we expect everyone to be fully prepared to be inside our raid.
Effort: This obviously means inside raid, but also means outside of raid as well. Since we raid 10.5 hours per week we expect everyone to at the very least have a basic understanding of fight mechanics ahead of joining raid.
Attitude: We have a wide variety of people here. We all love a good time and realize that words are not very powerful unless given power. If you are uneasy with bad words this is not the place for you. You will also need to be able to follow instructions. If you wish to do your own thing please look into pet battles.
All in all, we look for the entire "package deal". We look for players who can perform to our high expectations and mesh into our guild well. We love to have a great time and enjoy ourselves, and have a really strong sense of humor. ;D
