<The Order of Champions> is a 2-day former WRA top
progressive Mythic raid guild. Currently, we've moved to a more
casual approach on our 2 night schedule and are focusing on Heroic
Antorus. We take pride in having fun during our raids while also
being able to change the tone and get serious to get a boss
down.
At this moment, a lot of our core raiders are players who play with us from off-server who are members of the guild on their mains. As such, you can look at our warcraftlogs and --- to get a better idea who our regulars as WoWProgress doesn't accommodate well for cross-server raiding.
Recruitment
We are looking for any experienced players with a good attitude who wants to have fun, with an emphasis on finding any capable DPS to expand our roster.
What We Expect From You
We only really have three things we want from any of our raiders. Microphones are not required.
1.) Come prepared to raid.
We expect our raid members to come prepared with potions, flasks. and food as well as attempting to complete other content which will positively benefit your performance. Our full-time raiders have access to consumables from the guild bank. Trials are expected to bring their own.
2.) Attendance.
We expect raiders to show up before we make our first pull of the night at 7:00pm PST sharp. If you know you cannot make it that night, we expect you to inform us ahead of time or to the best of your ability. Real life happens, but there is an expectation for our raiders to respect their commitments to the team if they can.
3.) Positive Attitude
Wipes happen, sometimes you don't get the loot you wanted. Players mess up and officers are fallible. Bosses can be hard. We look for raiders who are willing study their classes and the fights, to keep trying, not give up, and definitely not take it out on each other and the team.
