“Affinity” Guild

We're a 6/13 HM 25 man raiding guild that's looking to absorb a solid crew of mainly dps (though we can and will make a group with some healers and tanks work) Our tank and healer cores are entirely intact but we've recently had dps leave and poach their friends. We've run 10 mans this week but are looking to get back to 25's ASAP. A good group of 5-8 players (at least 3 or 4 dps) will almost certainly allow us to get back to 25's and repeat at least 5 of our hard mode kills next week. We'd love a group with heroic experience, but we can work with groups that are 9/12 regular or better and were just being held back by other poor players.

Standard recruitment spiel is below.

-We are a level 25 guild.

-Can provide Seafood Magnifique Feasts as well as Cauldrons of Battle.

-Emphasis is on raiding 25 mans, but many of our members actively PvP as well.

-Loot done by DKP (Emphasis is more on time spent in raid than anything else. It’s been tweaked through 2 expansions, and is a very fair and self-representative of dedication)

-Our raid schedule consists of 3 days a week, (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) 8PM-Midnight.

-Two raiding ranks that will hopefully meet the needs and wants of all our members.

Raider Rank – This is the ‘first dibs’ rank. You’ve shown your dedication and you like to raid and are able to keep a steady and relatively high attendance rate.

Merc Rank (*new*) – This rank is designed for those people that are like, "I would love to join, but I just can't raid Wednesdays due to my work schedule". This rank is identical to the raider rank in every way, except that this rank has slightly less priority than the Raider rank when it comes to who gets a spot in the raid, and the attendance policy for this rank is a lot more relaxed. (Side Note- A relaxed attendance policy isn't the same as no attendance policy. We would still like to see you online often, and would prefer you notify us beforehand if you will be missing for an extended period of time. Mercs are also expected to play at the same level as our Raiders.)

*Hand in hand with this, we’d like to remind everyone that while in the past we were quite strict on our “Friends and family” rank we recently became a lot more lenient with it (specifically limiting it to, ‘no Dbags’) the only requirement for this is to actually be friends or family with someone currently in the guild.

***Most importantly we plan to continue focusing on enjoying raiding. The last thing we want is for our players to come to raid and feel like it’s less of a game and more of a chore. We are good players that play well, and we don’t make exceptions for headache-inducing-players.

Bastion of Twilight – 4/4 Regular, 2/5 Heroic
Blackwing Descent – 6/6 Regular, 4/6 Heroic
Throne of the Four Winds- 1/2 Regular
(All of the above completed on 25 man. We are 12/12 on 10 man.)

Recruitment Needs

Tanks
-1 Bear Druid
and / or
-1 Blood Deathknight

Healers (Need these the most)
-2 or 3 Healers (Shamans and Druids needed the most!)

DPS
-Currently looking for any geared and experienced DPS.
