Raid Time : Tuesday-Thursday 8PM~11:30PM EST



Blueprint is a casual hardcore raiding guild that is being formed by a number of hardcore players who have extensive raiding experience. We have completed 11/12 Heroic ICC,25m ToTGC/Insanity. We Have Halfus, Argaloth down on 25m, and Omnitron, Magmaw, Halfus and Maloriak down on 10m.

Recruitment Needs:


Priest :: 1 Holy/Disc

Shaman :: 1 Resto

Deathknight :: 1

Druid :: 1 Boomkin

Paladin :: 1 Ret, 1 Holy

Warrior :: 1 Dps

Mage :: 1

We consider any exceptional applicant regardless of class.




What we can provide you:


- Unbiased and experienced leadership.

- A professional and no BS environment. In this guild you are judged on skill, attendance and attitude. If you don't meet our expectations, you will just be removed.

- A guild with high expectations of all the raid members who join.

- A stable and improving environment. We can't promise to one-shot everything, but we do promise to address situations that arise, learn from our mistakes, and improve our game to better our guild and the players in it.

- We do not keep members who are here for themselves, this is a team.



What we expect from you:


- 18+ years of age.

- All gear must be gemmed and enchanted properly before submitting application.

- You need to make at least 90% of the raids, as we only raid 4days a week.

- Must be online and in front of raid instance and prepared to raid AT 8:00PM EST.

- Come to raid prepared - research fights ahead of time (videos, reading strategies, etc), foods, flasks, potions etc. Once raiders become full members, we provide flasks for heroic mode content.

- Must be willing to install and use required raid add-ons.

- Must be able to follow simple directions.

- Good situational awareness is a must.

- Come to raid, come for progression, come to down bosses and to be a part of the team.




Loot:


- Loot is distributed by Officer Loot System. Distribution of loot is based off of attendance, performance, dedication, attitude and overall contribution to the raid.
