Duality is recruiting impactful players. All progression-oriented players are encouraged to apply to become part of our raiding team!

About Us:
Duality has been a guild since October 20th, 2010. We're a highly competitive guild that has begun a hardcore push in rankings since the start of Mists of Pandaria. Our goal for Throne of Thunder is to secure a top five ranking on five nights a week and establish ourselves as one of the premier guilds in the country.

Our raid times are: 7:30 to 11:30 PM EST, Sunday through Thursday.

Accomplishments:
Mists of Pandaria:
Heroic Sha of Fear: US 6th 25M [5 days a week]
Heroic Grand Empress Shek'zeer: US 9th 25M [4 days a week]
Heroic Will of the Emperor: US 10th 25M [4 days a week]

Cataclysm:
Heroic Madness of Deathwing: US 56th 25M [3 days a week]

Expectations:
All members are expected to raid on a consistent basis. PTR testing and beta testing are mandatory. Having alt(s) is encouraged, we tend to stack and min-max our lineup based on the encounter. Players are rotated; we try to keep favoritism somewhat low and offer everyone a shot. However, we won't trade raid strength for fair rotation on a difficult progression boss, stronger players will be preferred. We use loot council for loot distribution. The guild also covers repair costs, funds gems, enchants and consumables for members.

Recruitment:
A potential recruit has to be punctual and independent enough to have high raid attendance. This is especially important for progression raids. The recruit has to be competitive and always trying to improve his or her game. We are looking for players who want to deliver flawless performance and aren't content with being average. It's also a huge plus if the player isn't afraid to talk and bring his own ideas into the fight and can grasp the whole picture.

There is no specific gear requirement. We have recruited, and geared up several undergeared players in the past, but the player has to convince us that he or she is going to be worth the effort.

It's always worth sending in an application, even if your class is not listed as needed. A good application may open up some new possibilities.
