Hello to Everyone!

Horde guild <Reborn> Is currently looking to fill a few open raid slots.

*When and What we Raid*

We are currently working heroic progression in Cataclysm 10-man content.

We have a unique raid schedule, and it is built for those who work early or go to school in the morning.
10-man content is scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday with invites starting at 6:45pm server every week. We start as soon as the raid is filled, and promptly call raids at 10:00pm. (note* if your gear isn't up to par, we do expect you to make every effort to improve your character).

*What we are Looking For*

We try not to make the application process like you're going for a career, but we do our best to get to know a player and person as well as possible before making the decision to bring them aboard. Having someone /gquit to come over is a big step, and having people transfer from another server is even bigger. Don't be surprised if you seem to be asked a lot of questions. We just want to make sure that the arrangement will be beneficial to both sides.

The type of players we are looking for should take the game pretty seriously. We do like to have fun, and when everyone is doing what they are supposed to, the game can be enjoyable for anyone playing. Raid conduct such as: Ninja AFK'ing, chronic LD will lead to that unnecessary downtime which irritates everyone. There are 9 other people in the raid besides yourself who have taken time away from family, friends, or real life events just to be online. We ask that all be considerate and understand that we all made sacrifices to be online for a small span of 3 hours, and we expect everyone who comes along to share that view as well.

We also expect everyone who comes on to have extensive knowledge of their character class. No matter how simple a class can be or complex, we expect EVERYONE to know how to:

1. Take criticism properly, so long as its given constructively.
2. Research character information, and systematically test to make sure that info is accurate.
3. Use that information to make necessary changes to perform better in the next raid. Constant improvement is always key.

Its pretty simple, and if everyone goes by this 3 step system any guild can build up from the bottom, even with the worst of players. Anyone can pick up the game and play. It takes special people to become great at something, and it all starts with knowing your own class.
