All hybrid classes should have dual-spec capability, with a strong gear set to support both specs and the ability to perform well at both specs.

We are always on the lookout for exceptional players, and will entertain any application of such player(s).

Synthesis currently has three fully functional 10man raid groups, and is constantly building more. We cater to the hardcore raider all the way down to the weekend warrior and will have raid groups to support all player-types and levels of commitment. Please check out our website for more details and recruitment needs.

We do NOT recruit new players to sit on the sidelines. We strive to have as tight a raid roster as possible to maximize raid time for all of our members.
