Most of the core members at the moment are 4/13M experienced. We are looking for quality players who come prepared and ready to raid and who can also follow mechanics and take constructive criticism. We have been raiding for a while together and use Loot council and the RC Loot council addon for loot distribution. We value personalty, self awareness and experience as a raider, not just your ilvl.
