   We killed Morchok about 1 and a half hours ago and it's not letting me update the guild progress, not sure if it just hasn't been enough time or if it's bugging. It also says that no one has killed Morchok.

    Electric Ice on Jubei are 4/8 all are logged out, with armoury updated correctly showing all raiders with 4/8N achieve, yet you only show 2/8 ... how is that?

    Why are guilds that killed bosses the first night not being given full 15/30 point credit for said kills? What about guilds that do not raid Tuesday (I thought it was fixed to do ranking by week rather than day)?

    We did 4 of the Glory of Dragon soul Achievements and I'm noticing It isn't recording it for anyone. I was wondering if this is going to be permanent or if it will be fixed soon because I think we may have gotten some server firsts and possible us/world firsts from the glory achieves.

    Do you plan on adding in a gear checker to differentiate between the achievement that you can get in LFR easy mode and Normals? As of now it's a bit sad to see guilds going 4/8, and next week probably 8/8 when all they've really accomplished is logging on.

    Same problem with us as well. We downed 3/8 with alts yesterday, but it wont register that. 1/8 is our current progress.

    We are ranked as 4/8 which is correct, but we did it in 25 mode.
    But T13(25) shows nothing and yes, I tried to use to update tool, entered 12 players but no new boss was shown to select.
    Is there a plan to separate the easy mode from the normal mode? Easy bosses actually are ranked as normal ones...

    so i'm hoping i could get some help with my guild rankings on this site. i can't get our progress to update because some of our members aren't listed as being in the guild according to this site. if anyone knows how to update our roster to reflect our current members that would be awesome. i also can't find any place where there is a support or customer service type deal on here, which is why i'm posting here and looking for help. anything would be great at this point. thanks.

    We're 4/8, hit the auto-update button, got 1/8 listed here.
    
    Running the character select tool with 12 characters that have been in the guild for ages and have all logged out is no use - it only shows me old FL 10man things that I never bothered to update because we raid 25.
    
    Our guild armory shows 4/8 bosses killed in a guild group if that means anything.

    As most of the guys have stated here. We killed Madness of Deathwing today but it didn't get uptated, though the other kills we did today got updated. So it says we're 7/8 when we're actually 8/8.

    The new update tool is not working properly. It only brings up T12 kills & achievements. The older update tool takes much longer than it used to to find kills.

    The manual updater took is not working. As Hanzimare said - it ONLY shows T12 kills/acheivements (including ones that have been updated some time ago). I have yet to see the manual updater include ANY T13 kills. What gives?

    10/25 detection and DS achievements scan have been enabled.
    Due to high site popularity queue wait times might be longer now, so using the manual updating tool is encouraged.

    We got an issue with our rank, when I use the updating tool we stay at 0/8 while we're 6/8 :/
    
    Btw the tenth ppl who kill these bosses did a disco-reco as well but the rank still bug(or something else)

    Used both the manual and standard update after the 10/25 detection was activate and still all of our 25m kills of the first 4 bosses are counted as 10m
    
    Don't know if it has something to do with the achievement for them being shared with lfr

    Our realm ranking on kills is changing for kills such as Hagara, but all the guilds that killed it the first day have been recorded, yet misterously guilds below us are now above us in kill order?
    
    I also see a guild on our realm that has Hagara as their first kill in time stamps and listing, yet you cannot reach this boss unless you kill the first 3.
