“Second Dream” Guild

Second Dream is a new guild that was founded at the end of Eternal Palace. We are recruiting for our second raid team going into shadowlands. We have 2 Raiding teams meeting both raiding requirements.

Progression team:

What is a @Progression Raider Someone willing to raid 5 days a week looking to achieve world rank 400 and is therefor willing to put in an immense amount of time, be a leader in his class & spec and is looking for a strong and hard progression system where they will be one of the first to clear the raid in the shortest time possible.
1. An immense dedication to the guild.
2. A leader in their class (ie Avg 90 Logger >)
3. Knowledge of any and all fights + Valueable input in raid mechanics.
4. A willingness to take on management roles and be a role model to others in the raid and class.
5. 100% Attendance
6. Ability & willingness to run raids for heroic & boosting purposes

What is a @Raider? Someone willing to raid 3 days a week from 19:00- 22:30, has dedication to achieve a Cutting Edge but is not fussed at the speed and is looking for a progressing but relaxing raid environment. However this player will still keep up with class changes and keep himself up to date with mechanics & class changes.
1. A noticable time spent in game
2. A dedication to your character and guild
3. 95% attendance ratio or higher
4. A dedication and upkeep of your character. (ie weeklies, dailies, Mythic, and preformance)
5. Singup to every single raid with accepted or declined & reason for declining to officer or #😷-absences-😷 (failure to do so will result in immediate loss of @Raider Rank )


All Raiders are expected to preform the following rules.


Invites start @ 19:00 and you are required to be ready. You are expected to be inside the raid and ready to pull bosses at the times listed above, not log on at the times above.

at the start of progress we will do days 5 days including saturday and Sunday This will usually happen after about 1 month of mythic, but this decision is made as a group, so it might happen sooner or later.

When progress is over we will drop raid days to the minimum to clear the raid. (usually 1 raid of ~2 hours)

What we Require

• 90% or higher Attendance
  
• A good attitude towards progress
  
• A drive to always focus on improving
  
• We do not currently require alts, but this might change for Shadowlands (It will depend on how alt friendly Shadowlands is, if it similar to BfA we will not require an alt)
  

We use RC Loot Council to distribute loot for the best of progression.
