Always considering exceptional applicants of all classes.

Paranormal is an English speaking, international guild on Agamaggan.
Our goal is to maintain a small, reliable pool of raiders,
    and progress as a tightly-knit, well-oiled machine.
We have a strict attendance policy, high skill requirements, and no patience for drama.

Our raiding days and times are:

    Sunday: 19:00 - 23:00
    Monday: 19:00 - 23:00
    Wednesday: 19:00 - 23:00
    Thursday: 19:00 - 23:00

Our expectations

As you should know, Paranormal is a very serious endgame raiding guild, striving to be the best.
Therefore we expect the same from you, which means you should consider yourself as a person, with both the skills and the state of mind needed to achieve this.

When it comes to the gear question, we don't expect you to be wearing the best gear. We in Paranormal are looking for exceptional players, the best of the best, and they don't always come with the best gear. Though we do expect you to be wearing gear, good enough to start progressing.

The "right" state of mind?

Our raid times are normally Sun, Mon, Wed & Thurs and each raid will be from 19:00-23:00.
In some cases we may extend the raid to achive a kill.
Wiping on hardmodes and endgame content shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone, but we want to make sure that the people we take in, understand that 4 hours on hardmodes WILL include alot of wiping in the long run, and it's by no means accepted that people decide to leave or give up.

Another important thing in Paranormal, is that we along with striving to be the best of the best, also care alot about the social part of the guild. We want the guild to be a second family to people, a place where people can log on for a chat, even when there's no raids going. That means that we DO expect you to both talk and write good english, and we DO expect you to take part in the guild as a person, as well as a raider.

What we want from you:

Total dedication to the guild and raiding

Complete knowledge of your class, how to gear and spec it.
This means being able to adapt to new situations.
It's something that we expect people to have put a lot of thought into so their character can be the best it can be.

Top-notch raid performance goes without saying. Play your class to perfection.
People who repeatedly die to the same mistakes and perform sub-par compared to the rest of the guild will not last very long.

Generally have a friendly attitude towards your guild mates. The flip side of this is that you must be able to take a certain level of abuse and jokes from your peers. If you can't take a few jokes at your expense this might not be the place for you.

You must be able to take sometimes extremely harsh criticism and improve from it. You will make mistakes, everyone does. It's important that you will learn from them, not make them again and respect the criticism you take.

Raiding Style

We do not lead by yelling or shouting.
Raids are lead in a relaxed atmosphere and voices are raised only when mistakes are made.
If mistakes continue after that, swaps are made.

- We only keep the best in our roster.

For any questions feel free to whisper Unleashed or Zentric in-game.
