“Anger Management” Guild

Greetings!

Currently Anger Management is a 10 man Heroic guild on Aggramar EU. The core architecture of AM is based on raiders that have raided on an extremely high scale both from a management standpoint, but also guys and galls being the best that they can be. As we've progressed throughout the game - we've come to the conclusion that we cannot do the same extreme hours, but rather want to do really well for the hours that we do play.

Anger Management is about joint responsibility for our raiding.
You are not here to sit on a bench, nor are you here to be just another raider. You are here to be a part of our kind of teamwork. You effort will be key to whatever we can achieve together as a team - we are here to be the best we can be. This also means that we take this very seriously - we will not accept raiders that are not part of our expectations. We will rather raid with less people than "carry" anyone in here - we will never accept anyone below our expectations.

Anger Management is about limiting frustration
Every raider whether you are a trialist or officer are here to make sure that we limit frustrations as much as possible. The simple wording; the less frustrated we are - the better we will do focus-wise = the better our environment will be and equally our progression.

Raid Schedule (server time, INVITES start at 19.45):

- Wednesday: 20:00h - 23:00h
- Thursday: 20:00h - 23:00h
- Monday: 20:00h- 23:00h

- Tuesday(Optional, very rarely used): 20:00h- 23:00h

Expectation of AM towards trialist:
- A positive and constructive atmosphere. The best outcome is if you as a trialist realize that you cannot meet the expectations yourself, but still want to stay in the guild as social.
