“Cry Havoc” Guild

Overview:

Cry Havoc, formed on the cusp of the Lich King's demise, consists of very experienced players from top guilds in WOTLK, TBC and Vanilla. With Cataclysm's complete revamp of the raiding system, these players no longer wished to endure stressful, disorganised and time-consuming 25 mans, and instead focused on creating a solid, stable 10 man guild that can last the test of time.

Our aim is simply to clear all content from a tier, including heroic mode and achievements, whilst respecting our member's various schedules. We achieve this via operating a rotation system with a minimum attendance requirement, thus ensuring we always have full raids of top players. In Cry Havoc there are no lowly back-ups, our whole raiding roster is equally skilled, experienced and geared and therefore raid equally. Despite this 'equal opportunity' approach, we do not tolerate slacking or consistently bad play, and such players will quickly be replaced as not to hinder the greater good of the guild.

Philosophy:

We pride ourselves on equaling, and indeed surpassing rival guilds whilst raiding far less hours than our competitors. If you value quality over quantity, than we are the right choice.

Tuesday 20:30 - 23:00
Thursday 20:30 - 23:00

Invites begin at 20:20.

All times are in-game Server Time and are subject to extension for progression kills.

Cataclysm Progress:

T13: 8/8 Heroic Mode: Morchok, Yor'sahj the Unsleeping, Warlord Zon'ozz, Hagara the Stormbinder, Ultraxion, The Spine of Deathwing. Madness of Deathwing.

T12: 7/7 Heroic Mode: Shannox, Lord Rhyolith, Alysrazor, Baleroc, Majordomo Staghelm, Beth'tilac, Ragnaros.

T11: 13/13 Heroic Mode: Halfus, Atramedes, Chimaeron, Maloriak, Magmaw, Valiona and Theralion, Omnotron Defense System, Conclave of Wind, Nefarian, Cho'gall, Al'Akir, Ascendant Council, Sinestra.

Recruitment:

From us you can expect: To be part of a stable and fair rotation-based raiding system with skilled players who aim to clear all content before the next tier is released whilst raiding on a reasonable schedule (3 nights per week). The average candidate would be aged 21+.

To give you an indication of Cry Havoc's stability, we have never cancelled a raid in an entire year.

From you we expect: Regular activity, pro-activeness in regards to researching about encounters and the latest of your class abilities, plus gearing via any method possible in order to perform at your maximum potential and finally, a willingness to learn from your mistakes in order to progress each and every raid. A good level of English is also essential.

Currently Require:

All classes for Mists of Pandaria and beyond.

All potential applicants must demonstrate they are ready for Heroic level raiding. We will also consider good applications from all classes, so do not hesitate if you feel that you're better than the players we currently have. X-Realm applicants are welcome.
