“Worst Case Scenario” Guild

CURRENTLY WE ARE ON A BREAK, WE MIGHT RETURN IN LATER PATCHES/EXPANSIONS.

We are a semi-hardcore guild with 3 raids per week from 19.45 to 23.00 game time. During progress time we might raid a bit longer. We did well in Cataclysm but have not progressed as much in MoP due to losing some of our core members. We aim to do better and claim decent ranks on the server (we were server 6th during DS progress and we believe that we can get back there again!)

We have a full roster at the moment but we might consider a rogue, ele shaman, spriest or a boomkin - have good raiding experience (in this expansion and/or previous ones) and suitable gear for doing the content we are currently working on.

We use loot council.

Raid time and days:

19.45 - 23.00 CET

10M I: THURSDAY
10M II: SUNDAY
10M III: MONDAY

Requirements

1. You have to attend at least 75% of our progress raids.
2. Be capable of taking criticism and look for ways to constantly improve yourself.
3. Be mature! Being obsessed with your dps and linking recount after every try or whining about loot is not tolerated.
4. Whining after we wipe is not tolerated. If you can not focus after 5 wipes this guild is not for you.
5. Be capable of understanding English and speaking it. Knowing when to use your mic and when not to use it is important.
6. If you take breaks from the game every few months don't apply.
7. Prepare yourself for every raid - this includes watching videos, reading up on how to be best on specific encounters, bringing 300 stat food and flasks and also theory-crafting - know your best talent spec/enchants/gems/rotation. If you don't do any theory-crafting, chances are you won't be able to perform at the level we expect.
8. Be flexible with raiding times - we will not often raid late but if we do be prepared to give it an extra 30 minutes or so!
9. Have a sense of humor and be social. During progress raids however be serious and focus!
10. If you are replaced for an encounter because we need another spec/raid configuration, you should not have any issues with it.
11. Having an offspec that you can play in raids when needed is a requirement! Also, having an alt that you know how to play just as well as your main and is raid ready gear wise is a big plus.
12. If you are a person who likes competition and wants to get the best out of their class while not raiding 24/7 this is the guild for you.
