“Switch” Guild

Switch is a semi-hardcore guild that was established in 2008, that has been raiding since 2012. We are currently looking for a core raiding team to aid us in our Battle For Azeroth Mythic Progression.

When you are invited to join Switch, you will have a 2 week trial period, at the end of that trial, then based on your performance in the raid group, we will promote you to captain (raider).
We do not expect you to be topping the dps meters on every fight, however we will be looking to see how you deal with mechanics.

Raid Times: We raid Wednesday & Monday at 20:00 - 23:00 Realm time. However we often go over that if we feel that we can make the kill. Please be ready 10-15 minutes before raids so we can clear trash and get our first pull at 20:00

What we want from you:
1. An all-in-all can do attitude is a must, we could end up wiping on a boss several hundred time before we down him finally

2. Grinding your AP to the gear cap

3. Do your M+ for the highest weekly reward

4. Do your research: take that 5-10 minutes to watch the guide on YouTube on the boss we will start progressing.

5. During boss pulls use voice chat only when you need to ( dispels etc.) No unnecessary chattering.

6. Research your class, not only do you need to watch the videos for the bosses, you also need to learn your optimal opener, rotation and when and how to use any utilities your class has.


What you can expect from us:
1. At all main raids we will supply Feasts, Vantus Runes and Flasks at the start of the raids.

2. A good raiding/mythic + atmosphere
