After a brilliant start in this expansion, and a steady progression, The Fractured Ruby is looking for more raiders to add to its raid force.

Raid Times and Requirements

We are raiding 4 days a week (Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday) from 18:30 to 23:00, with the invites starting at 18:30.
People are required to be flasked for the entire duration of the raid, and bring their own buff food / potions, however, 90% of the time cauldrons and feasts will be provided.
Guild Repairs are granted upon reaching the full membership.

Requirements

You must be knowledgable of your class, have at least a basic idea of the theorycrafting behind it, and be able to apply it to the realcrafting of the boss fights.

You must love your character and the game, not just some hay-fire love that will die in a month. You must be dedicated to it, to its role in the raid and gameplay.

You must keep an overall attendance of at very least 75%, but obviously real life issues are considered in this count, and no one will ever complain if you miss a raid because of them. Cats and mothers on fire are not covered by this, however.

You must be able to keep a positive attitude during your raiding experience, and even if wiping might be frustrating in the long run, remember that you are not alone, and keeping the morale up is half of the secret to succede. The other half is dps hard and heal good, like in the MC days.

You must be able to speak on ventrilo, be understandable at the very least, to communicate any trouble or event that might regard your character or role, like a taunt swap, being out of mana or unable to perform an important action that might cause a raid wipe otherwise.

Authenticator is not required, but it's a big plus.
