GOON SQUAD GENERAL INFO
The Goon Squad started out simply as a group of irl friends just messing around.
We quickly came to the decision that we wanted to raid, since we all have a raiding background and thought this would be the perfect opportunity to start recruiting for our guild and get a raid team going.
We're aiming to be a casual raiding guild in the sense that we'll only be raiding two days a week, while keeping a friendly/easygoing atmosphere.
However this does not mean that we're not trying to progress, our goal is to eventually move onto mythic raiding too.
Don't worry for the people who're not all that into raiding, because we'll have plenty of other activities to join aswell(Arena, transmog runs, m+ dungeons,...).
RAIDING
Raids will be taking place on thursday and sunday at 20:00-23:00 server time, with a possible extra day(alt run, continued progression) if circumstances permit it.
This is what is expected of those who join the raids:
-Be on time, this means being online and ready 15 minutes before raid time.
-Be sufficiently geared, have buff food, flasks, pots,... Especially since we're still a new guild, this will change later on.
-We expect you to have watched the tactics on YouTube so that you are familiar with the fights -tactics make more sense if you have seen the fight.
-Have fun! This is a game we play with friends - if it's not fun, it isn't worth doing!
-In case you can't make it to the raid, please let the officers/gm know atleast 24hours before raid time. This so we can make necessary adjustments to the team.
DISCORD
-Keep things pg16+.
-Keep your in-game-note name in your display name on this discord server for identification.
RAIDING RULES
-Raiders must use discord during raids. At least for listening.
-If during raid a raid leader in voice chat tells you to be quiet, be quiet.
-DBM - Deadlybossmods or any similar addon is mandatory.
-When signing up in game, use Confirm or Decline.
-Push to talk is a must! Unless, Raid leader, Tank or Healer, for whom it is optional.
