“Azuremyst Champions” Guild

UPDATE 06/2014: AC has ceased operations as a raiding guild, thus not looking for recruits for the time being. We would like to thank all our members and friends alike for the past 5,5 years, it's been one hell of a ride!



Azuremyst Champions is currently the leading raiding guild on our server and we are seeking players to be part of our progress in Warlords of Draenor and beyond.

Actively recruiting high caliber players of any class (especially the above) for core raiding spots for WoD!

About us:
Azuremyst Champions is one of the oldest guilds on this TBC launched server.
What started out as a social guild has evolved over time into a guild that takes 25man raiding seriously. We have acquired all realm-first end boss kills since Yogg-0. The minimum goal of the guild is to clear all end game content on the highest difficulty before any major nerfs or new content.

We raid 25mans 4 nights a week (less once all content is on farm) and intend to continue with Mythic raiding in WoD.
We use a modified DKP loot system that fits our raiding style and evolves as blizzard introduces new loot systems (coins for example) to keep loot fair.

Raid times are 19:45 - 23:00 server time on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Sundays and Mondays.

There is a high attendance expectation as we prefer to keep a tight roster and minimize bench time for our players, but obviously we understand that occasionally real life has to come first. There is some competition for spots but great players pick themselves.

The guild environment is mature and respectful... blissfully so. That’s not to be confused with being out of touch or unaware of the culture of gaming; it’s a choice. The guild has a mix of a wide range of nationalities, with English numbers being above average.

As a guild we are very relaxed but once in a raid environment people are expected to be prepared and perform at the level required by more hardcore guilds. It's a combination that is ideal for certain types of players, more about that later. We also have a busy forum full of the usual stuff with threads for each raid with log reports, theorycrafting and general musing. Regular guild meetings included ;)

The guild also maintains an active alt raid during off-nights that also clears through heroic content at a similar pace to the main raid team, there is no obligation to join. We try to encourage activity outside of our main raiding hours for those that want to make the most of the game.

About You:
You know your class, you like to raid and like to be in raids with people who take it seriously. You may be a hardcore raider looking to take a step back from the pressure of a hardcore raiding schedule, yet you know you won’t enjoy the game with people who don’t take the game seriously.

We have many such players in our ranks including a number of old raid leaders, guild masters and old school PvP Marshals looking to take the pressure off but keep the quality of gaming high.

You may be a serious raider who just wants to raid in a mature respectful environment with officers who have a good grasp of reality.

Ultimately you want to game hard without a heavy raiding schedule impacting your social life and RL commitments too much. Yes at AC you can have your cake and eat it!
