Veni Vidi Vici is a casual raiding guild from EU-Balnazzar. We are raiding Mythic every raid tier, slowly progressing through the bosses. However there is always room for improvement. Our current goal is to build a core raiding group to continue Mythic progression as well as build a friendly community that plays to improve and to reach new heights.

What kind of players are we looking for?

Independent: you can take the initiative with making certain calls or coming up with creative refinements to raid strategy.
Self-driven: you strive to improve yourself without needing external criticism.
Non-elitist: we expect you to maintain a mature and respectful attitude at all times, and vice versa from us.
Team player: you understand that the guild comes first.
Skilled: you are able to play your class and handle raid mechanics, backed up by logs.
Prepared: you study each encounter by watching some videos/reading some guides.
Active: you can attend at least 80% of the raids.
Reliable: you have a stable internet connection and computer. We work with discord wich means a headset with microphone is needed.

We use EpGp to distribute the loot where we will prioritize the loot according to following ranks: Raider -> Trial -> Alt -> Social. The loot council consists of the lootmaster

To climb the ranks, you need to fulfill the following criterias:

Raider
Show/sign up to at least 9/12 raid days in a month.
Maintain enchants with new gear, before next raid.
come prepared for Raids (flasks, food and pots).
Must be signed up for a raid on the calender.
Showing potential of skill during raids.

Trial
Show will to help guildies.
Show will to improve skill, gear etc.
Show up to atleast one raid a week.
Minimum duration 2 weeks, after which an evaluation will be made.

Invites begin 15 minutes before raid start. We do not extend raid hours without asking the raiders first. In special cases we may have an extra raid day, but you are not required to show up.
