The player that we look for meets most, if not all, of the following terms
- Reasonable experience in endgame raiding.
- Great attendance. We will require from you at least an average attendance of 2 raids/week. We aim to be a small/medium sized guild where we know each other well, both personally and as players. Raid-loggers will have a hard time here.
- Good level of gear, that proves effort put in perfecting your role performance. Perfect enchanting and socketing, useful professions, good choice of stats, etc.
- Ability to learn quickly from mistakes and take criticism constructively.
- Good team-playing skills, being first in line to volunteer to cope with the hard tasks an encounter may have and accepting any roles you are given.
