Guild Profile

Primary Language: English
Raids per week: 2
semi-hardcore
Recruiting (outdated):
all classes

Applying can be done by whispering anybody ingame.

Recruitment Status

We currently only have one 10man raiding team that’s why we will be looking to achieve a set roster. This is simply to achieve class stacking and certain swaps on fights, therefore having a geared alt in the guild is important, although not needed. The table below is a list of what we are currently recruiting, however we will always consider exceptional applications.

Rules and Expectations

Knowledgeable – Thorough knowledge of your class and all it’s potential roles is expected. You should be able to play more than one spec if needed.
Reliability – We have a very high expectation for attendence. You should be available for over 95% of scheduled raids. Emergencies are expected. We run a tight roster and run a short weekly raid schedule, as progression guilds go. Regular absences simply cannot be tolerated.
Dedication – We want people who WANT to raid, not people who just show up. Having an alt you play at a high level of efficiency for composition changes, while not required, is very strongly encouraged. World of Logs and Wow Progress rankings should matter to you.
Preparedness – We expect you to arrive with appropriate consumables, even though they are more often than not provided. Participation on our forums, doing research on class changes and encounters and keeping current are all expected. Have required add-ons installed.
Talking – Yes, you have to talk in raid. If you’re shy on Teamspeak, you won’t last here. Causing wipes because you neglected to announce something relevant is highly frowned on.
Be cool – Be respectful to your fellow players. This means not only your guildmates but everyone else as well. This is important. We don’t care how well you rank on WoL if you’re also a notorious trade chat or forum troll. All ‘arguments/debates’ are to be kept out of public channels, this includes guild chat.

What you get in return

In return, you receive a permanent spot in a stable progressive raiding guild. There are some thing’s you should expect from us, stated below:

A productive but fun environment within which to raid. Progress comes first, but fun can always be a close second
A fair attitude towards things such as loot distribution. We always have good reason for our decisions, and are happy to discuss them should there be any concerns
To listen to our members if they have concerns about something. As long as you voice your concern at an appropriate time, we’ll do our best to assist.
A friendly and helpful guild atmosphere. It does not take us long to remove someone from the guild who is preventing us from maintaining this aim.
We work hard to achieve what we have since the guild was made and we will continue to maintain that level of progression.
