We are a casual raiding guild that focuses more on enjoying raiding and hard content than getting stressed out over it.
We try to make the game enjoyable for the whole group so we as a team to face problems together and try to teach players who may not be up to the same standard rather than just excluding them from the content.
We will also have a lower class runs in normal for people who would like to break into raiding, as some people might not feel comfortable jumping into the deep end.
During Legion, we did push into mythics before we took a break for the summer.
We also like pushing Mythic keys as far as we can, as a guild we really enjoyed this feature and will continue to push ourselves in BFA.
