<Balanced> was formed on Silvermoon in 2017 that moved to Draenor in 2019 to
achieve new goals. We have an experienced and strong leadership with an excellent core of some long standing raiders, looking for players with cutting edge experience, not players "looking to improve and learn mythic".

Mon: 20:00 - 23:00
Wed: 20:00 - 23:00
Sun: 20:00 - 23:00
Invites @19:45+ 10 min break.

What we want from you!
* You enjoy raiding and can handle wiping as part of progression.
* You can communicate and be independent as a player.
* Actively prepare for encounters and not be afraid of asking if anything's up.
* Raid experience and excelling skill in your class in depth.
* Always bring the best consumables for raids and be prepared.
* Good attendance is required. However we do understand that Real life>WoW :)
* Being able to listen to and actively speak on Discord when needed is required.
* Your English is good for clear communication.
* You have a stable connection and no hardware issues.

We will always consider exceptional applications, so don't hesitate to throw an application, even if your spec is not listed. We never recruit for the bench.
