We're not looking for anything specific, maybe a fantastic Mage but

Eterníty is searching for players within the WoW community who want to strive to be the best and progress Cutting Edge every tier with a minimum amount of raid time! The guild is ran by some ex highly ranked mythic raiders who believe we can make similar progress in 2 nights a week raiding as we did in 3-4 by simply putting more effort in outside of raid times to maximise efficiency.
This is a project to build a strong mythic raid team who cannot commit to 3-5 raid nights a week.
Our main focus point is log analysis and disseminating the findings to all players before the next raid! All aspects of boss tactics are monitored for improvement; we collate all of the log findings onto a boss by boss spreadsheet that shows where mistakes happen and how every single player can improve.
We will not be taking every man and his dog to raids, we will be slowly recruiting to build up a team where everyone wants to improve and takes the findings from every raid as a tool to help themselves and the guild progress.
It also gives peace of mind to players that are currently frustrated that "Phil the Arms Warrior" is always tunnelling or getting hit by avoidable damage. We will see this, we will deal with it and if improvements are not made by players once we have given them the information to improve, they will be replaced so all members can raid with like minded individuals.
We're not just looking for mythic raiders who have prooved themselves already, we're looking for anyone who believes they have the skills and dedication to learn and progress!
