Background
Inept is a guild with a long history, spanning back to WotLK raiding. We have a strong and stable core of players who have known each other for years. We're looking to add a few select players to our roster in order to push into mythic once again.

Our Values:
Our primary value is that you can still achieve progression and enjoyable raids whilst having only 2 days of raiding. Therefore we aim to clear all content whilst relevant and have a proven track record of doing so.
We believe raiding should be relaxed, but focused at all times. We don't spend time handholding players through content, we want players who take pride in their character and prepare in advance for all progression content.
Many of us have played together for 5-6+ years resulting in a very sociable guild. We want like minded players who want to integrate into a team and become part of the core of the guild.
What we can offer you:
- Performance related raid spots. If you are better than a core member, you will
raid.
- A friendly, social environment (many of us play other games too) outside of
raids but a focused, progression based atmosphere in raids.
- Being part of an established high quality guild who prides themselves on
clearing content.
- Fair loot systems based on common sense and highest upgrades. We don't hand out
purples to our favourites.
- A stable guild which will be pushing for mythic progress.
What we want from you:
- Preparation for all upcoming fights, do not expect to be spoon fed.
- Min maxing your character to achieve your full potential.
- Able to communicate clearly and able to listen.
- Be a team player, be social! (We're nice people!)
