“The Phantom Troupe” Guild

<The Phantom Troupe> is a 2 days raiding guild on Draenor-EU. Our goal is to improve ourselves each tier while maintaining the same schedule and core roster.

Exceptional players will always be considered! - Even if your class isn't on the list!

We are aiming to have a raid team of 25 people, so there'll always be a competitive scene!

We raid every Tuesday and Thursday at 20:00 - 23:00 st

Our requirements:

* That you are at least 18 years old, and mature enough for the progressive environment!

* That you can commit to a very high attendance. - We want to progress, and we can only do that if the same people get progress every raid! Raid times are set, make sure you can fit em into your schedule (Of course IRL can come in the way, and we'll always respect that)

* That you know your class, and if you are falling behind on performance you do something about it! Be that having someone look over your logs, or you asking questions on the class discords, just don't stagnate on a bad performance, ask for help.

* Being able to accept constructive criticism! Sometimes you might be called out for doing the same mistake over and over, hear what we're telling you, and do something about it.

* Prepare for each raid boss outside of the raid, when we go into a boss as a 2 days raiding guild we expect everyone to know how to handle each mechanic, the wipes are not meant for learning tactics, that can be done pre-raid.

What we'll offer in return!

* An environment where you can have fun and enjoy the game, while playing the hardest content the game has to offer! (this goes for mythic+ as well)

*A social discord, where you can talk and be social, there is usually a lot of banter going on.

* A progressive environment, we're aiming to progress as fast and as steady as possible!
