Welcome! Who Asked is a long-standing 2 day raiding guild on Draenor-EU, raiding in previous tiers as Try Harder. (https://www.wowprogress.com/guild/eu/draenor/Try+Harder)
We have consistently landed around world rank 400 for the past tiers and aim to clear raids as efficiently as possible within the limited time that we raid. We add a third day for the first two weeks of a new tier in order to clear heroic ASAP, however outside of this we stick to the advertised 7 hours a week. In Sepulcher we achieved WR320 with plenty of room left for improvement!

Wednesday: 20:00 - 23:30
Sunday: 20:00 - 23:30

Expectations

95% attendance - if you are unable to attend a raid provide warning as far in advance as possible in absences
A working microphone
Be able to take criticism - mistakes happen to everyone, own it and be willing to fix it
Do your own research on bosses; we make up for raiding less time by killing bosses in fewer pulls than average.

Loot

Loot is handled via a loot council made up of both raiders and officers. Loot is a progress tool and is treated as such; the say of the officer team is final on this matter.
