Recruitment

Always looking for players with potential. We're currently prep for 10.1 and are looking for all roles to currently. We're always recruiting Mythic+ players and also those looking to just enjoy the social aspect of being in a guild.

Mindset

Our goal for raiding is to achieve Ahead of the Curve and to keep the pull count low with adequate preparation while maintaining a fun and competitive raiding environment. We will dabble in a little bit of mythic if it makes sense and while it's still enjoyable to do so.

About us

Aether Collective is a guild that was formed at the start of shadowlands with the goal of achieving AotC in a fun raiding environment. Because we enjoyed what we started and wanted to progress further we went on to try and get into Mythic Castle Nathria and then in 9.1, Sanctum of Domination. For Dragonflight we retain our primary goal is to achieve Ahead of the Curve for all raiders. Once we complete this goal we will dabble in some Mythic, but we won't be progressing far into it, mostly just the so-called "Easy Bosses".

What do we expect from you?

To have good attendance, especially during heroic progression (we understand exceptions are needed sometimes, always notify an Officer in advance where possible).

To be able to accept constructive criticism.

The ability to prioritise understanding and learning the boss's mechanics and then focusing on damage.

The desire to improve and extract the maximum potential out of your class/spec.

Raid Schedule

We raid Wednesday and Thursday from 19:45 to 23:00 CEST.
