“Pacifism” Guild

About Pacifism:
Pacifism is a long lasting guild, that has been running since vanilla-wow (started on Vek'nilash at its server launch April 2006 then migrated to Ravencrest in August 2008 then migrated to Dragonmaw in February 2010). We are searching for skilled quality players that have the determination to stay for a longer period. You gear should be on a similar level to other members. Pacifism has always been a small tight-knit community where most people have had their own tasks and roles during raids. Our memberpool has always been pretty small, with only high-activity players which means very little standby, if you want to join you are expected to raid a lot.
Our worldrank over the years from Tempest keep to now has been from top 10 on Al'ar, to around 100 in our worst days. Avaraging around 50. Tribute to Insanity world 19th, Naxxramas immortality top 25 just to mention a few.
We have a fairly strong alt-char community we are already farming a few heroic modes on them.

Current progression: A bunch of heroics and rest on normal!

Schedule:
We raid five days a week. Fridays and Saturdays are off.
Raiding times are usually 19.00 - 24.00 but naturally we may go on a bit longer if we're close to killing a boss, or end earlier when there is nothing else to do.

Loot:
We distribute loot with "Loot Council" where loot is decided according to your performance and attendance. People higher performance and that are reliable to show up are prioritized as that benefits the guild best.

About You:
* You are expected to be able to attend at least 90 percent of our raids and if you can't come you need to let us know as long before that as you can.
* You are expected to know your class & spec completely. Having knowledge of offspecs and other classes is a plus.
* You are expected to know the different boss encounters by heart and being able to adapt to any unknown situation that might occur. Reading up on bossfights or watching killmovies on encounters you are unsure about helps a lot.
* You are an exceptional player who can perform your assigned task at max without doing silly mistakes like standing in the fire and if mistakes happen you can take any constructive criticism and learn from it.
* You will always have all possible consumables ready before any raid, have all needed addons fully updated and ready, have no ingame money problems and have top PvE professions to extend your usefulness in raids.
* You are not a drama queen nor a loot ***@!.
* You are expected to be available to raid during the hours 19.00-01:00 (GMT+1). Same as ingame time. But being able to play during extended time for possible progression.
* You ideally should be active on ventrilo.
* You want to progress and do the most challenging things this game can offer PvE wise (hardmodes and additional boss achievements etc.)
