“Stigma” Guild

Stigma has unfortunately stopped raiding for the time being.

We raid four days a week, Wednesday/Thursday/Sunday/Monday, 19:15 to 23:30 in-game time (GMT+1). We require full attendance on all those days, quality over quantity. Previous accomplishments include Halion 25 Heroic world 432 and Lich King 25 Heroic world 755. Server first Nefarian 25man world 123.

Gear isn't a major focus, we're looking for people who can help us progress in Cataclysm, but unless you have something special that gives us a reason to give you a chance at a trial you need gear that's good enough to impress us on Heroic bosses. Things that increases the chance that we'll give you a trial is Vanilla/TBC/WotLK end game or progress experience, examples could be killing a few Naxx40 bosses in Vanilla, Gruul (pre 2.0.10 hotfix) or M'uru pre-nerf (2.4.3), Yogg+0 pre 3.2, Tribute to Insanity pre 3.3, etc.

Or you could just write a really good application.

Application
Register a user and post your application in the "Applications" section on our forums. You should get an initial reply within a day stating when we should be able to give you a final yes/no. The best days to post applications is usually close to Sunday as officers might not be online during Friday/Saturday as it's our primary off-days.

Loot
Loot is done through a Loot Council system between the officers and given to the player who they feel deserves the item the most. This is sorted through performance in raid, attendence and the size of the upgrade for the people interested in the item.

Raid spots
Progress raid spots are based on attendance/performance and needed buffs, if you attend and perform good you get a spot. Farm raid spots are based on attendance/performance, trial evaluation spots, who needs specific drops and then raid buffs.

Ranks
Ranks are Officer, Raider, Trial, Casual. The trial period usually lasts two weeks, if you perform good and are an obvious addition to our raiding core you'll get raider rank faster, if you don't impress your trial period will last longer.

Communication
We use Ventrilo 3.0.3+, you need to be able to speak on Ventrilo and not be shy about talking when given an assignment.

Stigma is a late 2009 merger of two Dragonmaw-EU top5 guilds who needed a push to get going in Trial of the Grand Crusader. Most of the core raiders of Stigma have been around since the early days of Vanilla WoW and now we're looking for a select few other skilled people to solidify our lineup for Cataclysml.
