Who we are

Ice is a PvE guild on the European realm Executus formed by old Voodoo and Paradise Hotel members.

Ever since the existence of Ice, we have been one of the best guilds on our server. Our aim is to keep this standard up through everything Cataclysm has to offer us, and compete with the top 3 of 25man guilds of Executus. Therefor we are always on the lookout for decent players to assist and improve our raiding squad and to help our progress through Heroic Cataclysm 25man content!

In general, we're a Casual-Hardcore guild which means, that we're raiding just 3 days per week but in hardcore fashion. During those 3 days, we hammer on focus, effort and willingness to reach our similar goal: kill all raid bosses.


What we are looking for

At the moment our raids pretty filled, searching for 1 or 2 exceptional dps and 1 healer to strenghten the team. A hunter, elemental shaman or deathknight and a holy paladin is most wanted!

Additionally, we are looking for an active and experienced tank to replace our leaving main tank in a couple weeks. A protection warrior is prefered!

What we expect from recruits in general is dedication and commitment as well as positive attitude towards raiding and your guildmates. If you can't be bothered to max two professions or get an exalted reputation enchant, if you go AFK often or can't attend most of our raids we are not a place for you. If your gear is not ready to step into raids, do not even bother applying. We do not have time to gear up people. You need to be ready to step into action right away!


Our perfect recruit should also:

• Come 100% prepared (flasked, well fed) for each raid and stay focused during whole raid.
  
• Be ready to wipe on progress raids.
  
• Have gear on par with our progress with proper gems and enchants.
  
• Be comfortable with the English language and not afraid to speak on vent.
  
• Have sense of humor and remember that WoW is just a game.
  
• Having offspec with decent gear AND able to play it is a big plus.
  
• Obvious things are obvious, but you should have perfect knowledge of your class and...
  
• ...know tactics (aka kill bosses in game not on youtube).
