Minimum Effort are a semi-hardcore guild formed during 4.0.1 after
a big chunk of players left our previous guild.
Our aims are to conquer 10 man heroic raids through being focused and playing perfectly during progression content and then relaxing our attitude to joking around during farm raids.
Our raid times are 20:30 - 23:30 CET - Thurs/Sun/Tues and we expect at least 70% availability. Our raiding core is deliberately small. If you can't make those raid times then you'd have an impact on this and aren't suitable.
Applicants must have the best gear possible from Heroics, faction rewards and crafted items. Any Cata raiding experience and gear is a big bonus.
