These rules apply to everyone in the guild, breaking them will result in some form of punishment depending on the type of misconduct, can be anything from a warning to a guild kick.

We expect all our members to treat each other with mutual respect both within the guild and in external guild representation.

We expect all our members to keep a very high attendance, as we only raid 4 nights a week for 3 hours a night it is very important that our members are online for raids, we expect over 80% attendance unless something special comes up.

All members that are placed on standby will be online and ready to jump in at any given time on a raid night. Special arrangement can be made if you need to go offline for a while provided there is a fast and easy way to contact you if your needed. Failing to respond when called upon while being on standby for a raid is considered as not having attended.

When it comes to raids we expect all members to be ready 15 minutes before raidtime for invites, and be on their way to the instance. 20:00 is the raid start time and thats when we do the first pull, players failing to be inside the instance 5 minutes before the raid pull will be replaced and recieve a note in their attendance record.

When the raid starts everyone should be buffed and ready to go. We only raid for 3 hours we expect to keep a high pace during raids to make the most out of that time, all forms of slacking is strictly forbidden.

During the raids the raidleader is the one making the calls aswell as correcting mistakes made by members of the raid, if another member have an issue with someones performance they should bring it up with the classleader of that class who then can discuss it with the member in question either during raid or after raid depending on the issue.

We do encourage a healthy competition between members that can help to improve their performance in raids, and we will always keep track of each individuals performance and raid with the best setup possible for all progression encounters. Officers analyze the WWS logs and equivalents on a weekly basis and feed class specific member and trial issues via a monthly report.

The loot in raids is sorted by a loot council who will decide on where an item will benefit the guild the most, we expect everyone to respect the loot councils decision as its final and not open to discussion.

When an item drops the raidleader will link that item in chat and you simply just write "NEED <link item your replacing" and the council will award the item where its best needed / most deserved.
