Guild Profile
Plán B is a semi-hardoce raiding Guild with new and experienced players alike. Our aim is to provide a place where members can progress in a fun and friendly environment.

With patch 8.1.5 we stepped things up and completed BoD, and CoS on Heroic. Our aim for the future is mainly Heroic raiding, and building out our roster for Mythic. However, we still begin every Tier with Normal, which is a good opportunity for less experienced players to get practice, and learn more about raiding.

We currently have no coordinated efforts towards PvP, but there are several members who enjoy it on their own.

Some weekends we run a Social event for members to hang out, relax, or even compete for prizes.

Plán B is not looking for amazing players, but rather ones who are excited to learn, improve, and above all; participate in the guild to make theirs and others experience a good one. Whether you are new and looking to learn, or a veteran looking to teach; as long as you fit the description, you are welcome in our Guild.

Feel free to contact us any time!

Q: I'm very young is that OK?
A: As long as you can behave maturely and don't mind the occasional swear.

Q: I'm an experienced player and willing to help teach, but will I also be able to progress?
A: We are doing Heroic progression as standard, and looking toward Mythic. Several members do pug Mythic towards the end of the Tier already. There are also high Mythic+ runs happening all the time. You would be welcome to join us.

Q: When do you raid?
A: Our Progression Raid is Heroic, on Wednesday at 20:00 (server time) for 2+ hours. We run a Farm Raid for Bosses we skipped, on Friday at 20:30 (server time). Beyond that members are free to pug other difficulties and bosses as they see fit.

Q: How do you distribute loot?
A: With personal loot being the only option members can keep what they need, but are encouraged to trade what they don't. Sharing is caring after all.

Q: How do I earn a spot in the Raid?
A: Currently we have free spots for Healers, DPS, and a backup Tank. Your class is not as important as your effort. For Progression we will take our best and most prepared; for Farm Raids we take anyone that meets minimum gear requirements.
It is strongly recommended you keep your DPS spec geared in case you can't perform your preferred role due to lack of spots.

Q: I'm not very skilled at the combat side of the game; is there a place for me?
A: Plan B is looking for Gatherers, Crafters, and Auction House Traders to keep our bank stocked. If you would perform that role for the Guild, you will have earned a spot in our Farm Raids no matter your skill.

Q: Is there a way to communicate outside of the game?
A: Plan B has a discord server available for members. Announcements, guides and general chit-chat in text or over voice can be found there.

Q: Do I need a microphone?
A: We don't require our members to use a microphone, but it would help with communication. We would however require you to join voice chat for Raids to listen.

Q: What would get someone Kicked from the Guild?
A: Bullying, aggression, racism, homophobia, and other instances of general lack of respect towards others would be reason enough to be removed from the guild. Long periods of absence without prior reason would be another.
