Attendance requirement:
Since we are a 3 days raiding guild we require high attendance from our members. Being able to maintain attendance close to 100% during progress is essential to our raiding structure.

New recruits:
-Extensive knowledge of your class.
-Formidable raiding experience is a plus.
-Logs to back up your performance in current/past tiers.
-Good verbal and written English skills.
-Stable computer and internet connection.
-Playing for the team and not just yourself.
-It's essential for the newly appointed trials to want to be a part of the community. Any kind of toxicity won't be tolerated.
-Come prepared to raids having watched/studied fights.
-The ability to accept constructive criticism without taking it personally.

Loot distribution:
We are distributing the loot via Loot Council which is fair and considerate towards the raid members and trials as well.
