“Delusions” Guild

<Delusions> is a Three day raiding guild on Kazzak - EU.

Our goals are to be a stable, progress oriented and proficient guild, who are capable of clearing the content Blizzard has to offer within a relatively relaxed raiding schedule before it receives severe nerfs. Therefore we expect our raiders to possess a high standard of performance, attendance, and a strong focus for togetherness with a passion for teamwork.

Raid days:
* Wednesday 19:30 - 23:00
* Thursday: 19:30 - 23:00
* Sunday 19:30 – 23:00

We never pull past our raid times. Though we occasionally try to move raid days around uncontrollable circumstances (ie, holidays) where possible if the decision to do is unanimous

We do not require alts or force any mandatory ptr testing.

What we expect from you
⦁ Ability to be ahead of the learning curve- Boss killing is the number one priority, so being ahead of the curve in learning the boss mechanics and the intricacies of your class is mandatory.
⦁ Attitude– We expect consistently neutral attitudes during performance whilst receiving feedback and instruction.
⦁ Teamwork- During progression your focus must be on the guild and the objectives of the raiding core while achieving the best performance possible. This approach should also be factored in your attitude towards both loot drops and raid spots.
⦁ Thick skin– Our humour can be heavy at times, and jokes will be made, some times on your account. We strive to have fun while being serious when it matters.
