After much consideration, it is with a heavy heart that we announce
the end to our raiding career.
Distopia made its debut in the Emerald Nightmare in 2016 and has taken on each consecutive tier for the past six years. During our time we managed to improve leaps and bounds and we believe we can honestly be proud of what we achieved together as a team. Our long journey has certainly not been easy, but we’ve had the pleasure of making some great memories alongside many awesome people, and to that, we are grateful. Thank you to everyone that joined us along the way. It’s been an absolute pleasure raiding with you all.
Perhaps we’ll be back in the future, but if not, all good things come to an end.

Background:
'Distopia' began its mythic raiding career in September 2016 as Alliance in the Emerald Nightmare on the server: 'Darksorrow'. Upon creation, the guild was predominantly comprised of 3 groups of friends from Romania, England and Denmark. Many of these players still remain as raiders/officers today. During tier 19, shortly after killing High Botanist Tel'arn, the officers of the guild made the decision to move to a higher-populated realm, as we found recruitment a great struggle on such a small server.
After the general response to migrating was so positive, we pondered the idea of also transferring as Horde. To our great surprise, we ended up migrating in March 2017 to Kazzak; one of the highest populated Horde servers in EU, with 90% of our players following us for a chance at a brighter future for the guild.
'Distopia' went on to progress through each tier in legion, BFA and Shadowlands and had a blast while doing so.
Officers: Krytek, Simplelogic and Turtledot.
