Diversity is a semi-hardcore PvE Weekend raiding guild on Kazzak realm.We raid 3 days a week. We’ve been around since the beginning of Cataclysm.

Currently we have cleared all T11 and T12 normal content as well as 8/8 in Dragon Soul. We're looking for a few players to join us as we continue into DS heroic.

What are we looking for in our new recruits:
- You must be able to maintain an attendance of 80% and preferably more.
- You must be able to handle constructive criticism during and after the raids.
- You must be able to listen to Ventrilo and do the things you are told to by the raid leader or other officers (having a mic and being able to speak is an advantage).
- You must have situational awareness during bossfights and be able to prevent unnecessary deaths.
- You must have a good sense of humor.
- You must be able to stay online for the duration of the raid, this includes some extending that might happen during progress nights.
- To show up prepared (Read up on new bossfights, consumables, flasks etc).
- To be on time for raid invites.

What we are NOT looking for in new recruits:
- Players that don’t take the time to make their application. It’s based on your application if we’re going to accept you or not so put some time in it.
- Players that can’t handle criticism
- Players that are not willing to improve their own gameplay every time they play.
- Players that are having unstable connections/disconnection issues/PC problems which prevent you from being online.
- Players that are not putting effort in their gear (meaning enchants/gems)

Raiding Schedule
Normally we raid from 20.00 till 23.30 from Friday to Sunday, with some extended raids during progress times. Rest off the day are "days off" on which on a regular basis alt/casual raids are organized.

Loot System:
We are using the EPGP loot system. Basically you will earn points for being in the raids and kill bosses. You will be able to receive loot if you’re on top of the EPGP points with the competitors for that item. So you will be able to receive more loot the more you’re attending raids.
