“Eureka” Guild

Eureka is a newly made guild that is setup by friends that have been together for a long time and also have end content experience, We always strive towards having fun in the game that we play, while maintaining a healthy balance between raiding itself and real life commitments. We don't only focus on this, but we also focus on having progression in the raids. The quality of the raids is for us by far the most important.

Raiding Times:
•Monday: 19.30 - 23:30
•Tuesday: 19.30 - 23:30 (Will be used if close to a kill)
•Wednesday: 19.30 - 23:30
•Sunday: 19.30 - 23:30


The strength of Eureka really lies in the friendship we have as a guild. We believe that it is more important to play with your friends and have fun, while still also being a high end content raiding guild.
We have made a few guidelines for how we decide to give someone a trial in Eureka.

Experience, Skill and Gear:

•You have a deep insight into your own class and spec while also having a solid understanding of other classes roles in a raid environment.
•You know exactly which stats/gems/rotation/abilities will maximize your performance in a raid.
•You have a strong sense of awareness, surviving and adapting rapidly to any situation should present no problem for you.
•We value skill and personality higher than gear, however you should have decent gear ready to be able to jump into endgame content.
•Having a microphone is also a must incase your on certain jobs in the encounters and you need to rotate with someone.
•Researching and preparing for encounters before hand is required.
•Having end content raiding experience is a must.
•You must also have a decent OS and be prepared to use it when called upon.


Activity

•You attend at least 90% of the raids.
•You're able to tell us up front when you aren't available.

Personal

•You are atleast 18 years old.
•You value team spirit highly.
•You must have common sense and use it.
•We value your opinion and you will get room to express yourself, but you also must know when to be quiet and listen.
•You continuously seek to improve yourself and innovate your gameplay.
•You must be able to receieve criticism and not cause any drama within the guild.
•You understand how to be a part of a multinational group and you treat your co-players with respect.
•A good sense of humor is a great plus.
