★Guild Information★

Isentropy was created by a group of real life friends with a passion for a community to be able to enjoy WoW together. We are a broad mix of players mostly in the mid to late twenties from multiple different nationalities.The core of the guild has raided together now for 7 years!

Our goal is to achieve cutting edge in every tier, but most importantly to enjoy mythic content without a demanding raid schedule.We are always looking for like minded people who share our goals and have a community to enjoy the game with.

Sunday: 19:00 - 23:00 Server Time
Monday: 19:15 - 23:00 Server Time
Wednesday: 20:00 - 23:00 Server Time (only for the first two weeks of a new tier)

★Guild Expectations★

Attendance:
Attendance Is key to making the guild successful. We ask that you have 95% attendance over the tier. We only raid two nights a week so attendance is vital to having a successful tier. You MUST give as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend a raid.

Performance:
We know we are not a super try hard guild pushing for world ranks, but that doesn't mean we spend our raid nights slacking as we only raid twice it is vital that we maximise our time when progressing. Raiders are expected to take responsibility for there own performance and have the mindset that they always want to improve.

Communication:
You must have a working microphone and be able to use it when required. Communication is absolutely one of the most important aspects when progressing mythic content, being able to ask for a dispell or externals is vital. We use discord for raiding as well as all aspects outside of raiding.

Dedication:
Dedication is in our opinion THE MOST important mindset for raiding. We are fortunate enough to have a very solid core of players (Multiple cutting edge tiers since MoP) but no matter how good a team is, if the dedication is not there, the progress isn't either.Dedication is not just showing up for raid, it's about sharing the goal of the 19 other people in the raid and respecting them and there time.
We always aim for a roster of 23-25 people - meaning there will be occasions when you will be asked to sit out, could be a progression boss could be re-clear, but it will always be in the interest of the guild as a whole. if you DO NOT like that and can't be a team player, this guild is not for you.

Loot:
We use loot council made up of two officers and 1 regular raider to distribute loot, every item is logged in our database so we can keep track. There are MANY factors that the loot council take into consideration; (performance/attendance/upgrade/items received already)
