Going into Shadowlands we will be aiming for top 100 by the end of the expansion. To do so we are adding an hour to our current schedule and also ensuring that our roster is more than capable of achieving this goal. To be clear the schedule that we start Shadowlands with is the schedule we will operate on for the entirety of the expansion and raid night extensions will always be extremely limited and for 30 minutes at the most (for Nyalotha we extended 2 times total, both on Nzoth).

Recruitment
Tanks:
Healers: Our healers are flexible between tiers, hit us up.
Melee dps: Blast and show consistency in your mechanical play or we cannot fit you.
Ranged dps: Ranged is always welcome to apply, even if we are not currently recruiting your class
If we do not have your class/role listed and you know you can compete for the spot then send me a message anyways.

Current roster size 25
We aim to keep a roster size between 23 and 25 to ensure every member of our roster is being utilized. We are not currently in need of any specific class, the only player we are recruiting is 1 that can be extremely consistent in terms of both mechanics and throughput.

First 2 weeks of Mythic release
Mon: 8-11st

Going into Shadowlands we will be adjusting our raid hours to 7-11st. This change will take place a month before Shadowlands release.

*Right now we are just doing a 1 day clear on wed unless we're doing speed clear shenanigans which will be well known in advance and is only that week wed+thurs*

Optional Content
We run an optional Mythic raid on Sat at 8st for alts/socials/regular pugs. Currently we clear 12/12M -- This run has been suspended until Shadowlands release where we will start it up again within 3-4wks of mythic opening
Spots are very limited currently but as they open up we prefer guildies to fill.
PTR raid testing - this is purely optional, but has extremely beneficial long term effects for the raid the more people that can make this.

Raider expectations
High Attendance - We keep a small to medium roster and will continue to do so, if you are unreliable then you will be benched.
Continuous research on upcoming fights, there is always more knowledge to be attained.

Know your class - As raid tiers progress we expect our players to keep up with class specific knowledge. If you are playing a pure dps class you should be capable of playing all 3 dps specs.
Bring required consumables - as of now we provide flasks, vantus and repairs, everything else is on you.

Alts - We will expect raiders to maintain a 2nd character well enough to be played for HC split week.

Our requirements per tier will ALWAYS be well within reason and we will try to be as upfront with them as we can given what information we have from our blizzard overlords. We do not expect or ask that all of our raiders no life every time a patch comes out, although some giga nerds will.
We do not have a set trial period, we base our decision upon multiple factors. It is up to you to determine how long this will take with a minimum time frame of 2 weeks.
*When cross realm raiding is available we do allow for the first week of your trial to be done cross realm*
