ReClaimed (10 man) 8/8 HC Ds Is Recruting for MOP.Recruting candidates with relavent experience - pref tbc players. Particularly Recruting

- a R druid or R Shaman (Highly Needed)
- a Warlock (Highly Needed)

Even tho we are not a Hardcore raiding guild or a world first, or even server first guild, we expect our raiders to perform at a high standard and play their class to its maximum potential. All of our members are expected to do their best to maximize their role in raids, whether its tanking, healing or dps. Al-tho we raid 3 days a week every now and then we might push an extra raid day (a Tuesday) to push a kill on a boss on same reset so we can progress through content faster.



We require applicants who want to join to be able to:
- keep high attendance with our light raid schedule.
- One hundred percent focus, effort and preparation in our raids from all members.
- High attendance and reliability during all content whether its farm or progress.
- To be able to integrate socially into the guild
- Being vocal when tactics are getting formed, so if your class role is something that can improve dps or better execute the current tactic.
- Accept criticism from other people if a problem is present, and improve as fast as possible.
- Class Knowledge- You need to have very good knowledge about your class and spec. You also need to know and understand boss mechanics of current content.
- Though having good gear will favour you, being someone with a decent personality, and showing good knowledge of the game and your class will serve you better than being decked in awesome epics.
- Candidates who are on trial must demonstrate the ability to play their class at a high level: we expect our DPS to rank every now and then on world of logs; and our healers to be able to 2 heal fights where necessary and our tanks to be vocal and understand how to maximise survivability when needed.
