About Us
Tiras Valesh is a group of gamers that have been playing together for several years. While the guild itself has its origins in Vanilla World of Warcraft, the core of our guild as well as its' leadership has remained mostly the same since Wotlk, with new additions joining over the years. Our guild has transfered servers several times and had many names over the years, however since BfA, we have returned to our original name - Tiras Valesh.


Guild History
During WotLK, we started out as a small 10-man raiding guild that strove to acquire enough membership to enter the 25-man raids. While the early days in Naxxramas afforded us a shortage in membership, we managed to accomplish much, such as demonstrating that Naxxramas can be solo healed pre-Ulduar, Mimiron HM and eventually Yogg-Saron as a 25 man guild.
During Cataclysm we.. nvm, forget Cata.
During Mists of Pandaria, our raiding team cleared all of the ToT Heroic content (Ra-Den Heroic as well as most of SoO Heroic content.)
We started strong in Draenor, full of motivation, doing most of Highmaul but after hitting 7/10M in BRF, it became clear that Draenor was not the expansion we had hoped for, so we decided to take a break.
Legion was much better, getting Cutting edge in both Emerald Nightmare and Nighthold, but ToS took its toll and after finally killing M Fallen Avatar it was clear that we lacked energy to get KJ down as well. A break was called, but most of the members continued raiding in different guilds, only to come back here for BfA after getting their Argus CE.
With BfA getting released we've gotten through the first raid, Uldir, with our ups and downs but managed to get Cutting Edge before the christmas break and getting a few reclears. Now that Battle for Dazar’Alor and Eternal Palace behind us we have gathered a solid roster of people that have managed to bring this guild to its greatest form yet! We are hyped for 8.3, shadowlands and look forward to continue climbing whilst having tons of fun!

What we expect of you

•With our low number of raids we expect people to be able to maintain a high attendance throughout the tier (95%+)

•We expect you to know how to play your class and it's varying specs when you apply for our guild and not learn them while trialing

•We expect you to be prepared before every raid, strategies both for the the raid as a group and you as a player

•To be able to take criticism without flipping out, listen and communicate in the raid, so having a good grasp of English is important

•Having a working microphone and be able to use it


Raid times
We raid twice a week (Sunday & Tuesday) from 20:00 to 00:00 server time. We never progress raid outside of these two days.
We do however have an optional raid at Wednesdays, starting at 20:00 until whatever we do is done, we usually do heroic for like 4weeks before we start boosting.
