All experienced and skilled players are encouraged to apply to be a part of our raiding team as we prepare for WOD where we will go to Mythic raiding.

Our raid hours are:
Wednesday 20.00-23.00
Thursday 20.00-23.00
Sunday 20.00-23.00
possibly if requested - > Monday 20.00-23.00
All times are European server time and raiders are expected to be online 15 min before raid start.

About the Guild:
We are an an English speaking guild, we began our journey Pre-Cata under this Banner. We are driven and hard working when it comes to progress, and has been so for a few years. Which has enabled us all to bond well throughout expansions

About Our Players:
Our members are passionate about raiding and their classes, and loyal to the guild. However, we are more than just raiders: we get together for in-game holiday events, Mount & Transmog runs, Battlegrounds & Arenas, arrange guild meets, and frequently play together in other games besides WoW.

About Our Server:
V o t H began on Darksorrow, however we had to migrate due to the unfortunate death of the Horde side there. We agreed that Kazzak would be our home and we have flourished here from a 10 man casual guild a semi-Hardcore 25 man Heroic Progression.


Expectations:
We expect you to be a mature player who has raiding experience, class knowledge and a passion for improvement.
We expect a high attendance at raids (+80%) and that you log on in time for raid invites prepared with all the relevant consumables.
We expect you to be geared for raiding.
We expect you to know the current raiding content - if not from first hand encounters then at least from reading up on tactics and watching kill movies, and watching ours to see how we do it.
We expect you not to whine when it’s your turn to be on reserve.
We expect you to be a nice and friendly person who contributes to the social atmosphere of the guild.

Our best members are passionate about their classes and roles and are prepared to help others if needed, such as talent debates or best way to glyph for mechanics of the fights to aid each other. They are constantly looking for ways to improve, and can take constructive criticism objectively as well as give it. They always consider the guild's priorities over their own personal glory. For example to log to a different character if requested to aid the group better. For times when this is needed we often have Alt Raids, generally these are on a Tuesday 20.00-23.00.
