Mission Statement:

DM is a late night relatively casual raiding guild composed of a tight core formed from old 10HC times. At the moment we're working our way through heroics and as much mythic as numbers allowed. We had good mythic numbers at the end of Nighthold, though suffered a little in Tomb with holidays, unfun fights and RL. Roster is looking stronger again for Antorus, though we're still short a reliable roster. We're keen to recruit a few more dps (in particular) to ensure we can reliably raid mythic at least 1 - 2 nights a week (ideally 2).

We have a significant amount of old school heroic experience as a guild and many of our members have raided solidly all the way back to tbc & classic. We also do a fair amount of M+ and the like outside of raid times also.

There are no 'Star Players'; no individual raider is of greater value than another - we succeed or fail as a guild and our focus is to progress as a single unit. Whilst we want to progress and play well our aim is to have fun when on-line - there is a great guild spirit and sense of camaraderie despite lacking the lengthy raiding schedule of some other guilds.

We are looking for skilled players with the right attitude. All trialists will be given a fair opportunity to show what they are capable of and whether they suit the guild and raid environment. This period is as much for the trialist as for us as a guild; after all, you need to be happy with us as well. Your performance on raid nights should be good, but your attitude and demeanour should also be a fit. You can be an amazing player, but if you don’t fit within the group, it probably won't work out. Being able to look at the bigger picture on an encounter and help the group work through each new challenge is a definite plus.

If you've done plenty of heroic and want to take the first steps into mythic, we're probably perfect for you. If you want to do mythic week in week out, then at the moment our roster probably won't support that and you may be disappointed. We do aim to do that eventually, but we need to be realistic with the current state of the server and our numbers.


Raid times:
We raid on Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday from 21.30 till 00.30 server time. Wednesday and Thursday are the main focus days for progress.
