Loot FTW is an long standing hardcore Alliance raiding guild with history reaching back to Molten Core in vanilla WoW. We have maintained a consistent high ranking throughout the years with a friendly environment and aim to continue that in the foreseeable future.

Recruitment

We are currently looking for long term players for the upcoming Dragon Soul raid in 4.3 and Mists of Pandaria Expansion. We are in particular need of healing priests and ranged dps. These spots are all fulltime positions. We are also looking for a skilled player with addon/lua expertise. Add some examples of work you've done with addons and this will be a huge plus to your application.

Requirements:

- Activity: 100% attendence is desired during progress raids, while we rarely push late hours, we expect you to be available when needed. Long periods of inactivity or absence during progess will result in your raid spot being lost to a more active member. While standard progress days are Sunday-Thursday 19:00-00:00 (CET) we may add Friday to the schedule so you must be prepared to attend these days. Farm period is typically 1-2 days (wed/thurs).

- Skill: You must be confident playing your class, both with regards to optimizing your dps/healing/tanking performance and in terms of functioning in a team. We expect you to be familiar with typical raid mechanics such as moving out of fires and using your cooldowns appropriately.

- Stable playing environment: You must have a stable internet connection with a stable computer, if you have a history of frequent disconnects or game crashes we recommend that you fix those before applying. Periods of instability will severely impact your trial period and you may be replaced on progress periods if it occurs then.

- Communication: You need to be able to both listen and talk on ventrilo. Whether your are unsure about an aspect of a encounter or want to suggest something you must speak up. You also need to be able to handle and respond to any (and at times extremely fierce) criticism.

- Social intelligence: We spend a lot of time together talking, joking and raiding, and for everyone to be able to have a good time it is important that you know how to interact with other people without causing any tension or drama.

In addition to the above points, previous experience with hardcore raiding is a big plus. Other base qualities that are not included, such as being punctual and honest are also desired.

As our raiding core consists of students, unemployed and employed people, our raiding times are set so as to make it possible to both play on a high level in WoW and keep a job or succeed at school.
