Progression
We have successfully cleared all content released since new expansion, including 3d Sarth, have cleared all Ulduar 25 man hard modes, also 25-man ToC hard-mode (Insanity 10Mans) and currently Icecrown encounters during official raids, We cleared Lich King 10 Man and Working on Hard modes 10 MAN in un-official raiding days.

Loot and Attendance
Solace uses Loot Council for 25-man raid content, with Member rank and high attendance requirement for loot eligibility. Trial ranked guildies will be able to roll for items that are not required by higher ranks for main or off spec.

Since we are a tight knit roster, reliable attendance from all members is important. Members are not penalized for occasional absences, however they are expected to post any scheduled absences ahead of time.

Expectations
Applicants should have a focus on continual improvement at the individual and raid level, and be able to use appropriate resources to research their class and raid role. Raiding from outside of Europe on EU servers does introduce additional technical hurdles such as latency, but it is expected that members have learned how to deal with that and still avoid standing in fires =). Armory link is expected, and familiarity with all encounters. You are applying to this guild to be able to complete Icecrown and ToC hard modes. If your situational awareness or skill is consistently bad, we will know about it and your trial period will be short.

Application Process
In order to apply, register and fill out the application post found on our website and we will set up a brief interview for the initial guild invite. If your class isn't currently listed, but you are an EU player and feel you are exceptional at your role (and can prove it with a link to web stats), feel free to get in touch as well.

Your recruitment trial will last a maximum of 2-3 weeks at which point we will determine whether you are the right fit for us. Constant harassment of officers on 'how you are doing' is not helpful -- if you know what you are doing, then we will know about it. If you are below our standards we will let you know quicker than 2-3 weeks so you can find a guild that better suits you. We are not responsible for any transfer fees -- please be confident you will be a right fit before transfering servers.
