About Northrenders
We have highly focused raids while still having a relaxed, stress-free and friendly atmosphere. We have always aimed at raiding at the highest levels since the guild was formed in 2005. The nature of the guild allows you to have more personal time, so you can still enjoy great progression raids and get on with real life too!

Raid Schedule
Thursday 20:00 – 00:00
Sunday 20:00 – 00:00
Monday 20:00 – 00:00

What we are looking for
We are looking for mature focused and skilled players to fit into our current raiding team. All applicants need to have excellent listening skills as well as a good understanding of the game. We require applicants to be mainly equipped with heroic level gear or higher and be ready for raiding. If you cannot make our raid times/hours/days, or plan on quitting in the near future we recommend you not applying.

What we expect from applicants

Knowledge/Skills
• We expect very good performance on every level
• Learn from your mistakes, but also from other people's mistakes
• Adapt to new situations and new tactics quickly
• Know all the mechanics of your class and how to use them to their fullest as part of a team
• Know about the encounters beforehand and how your abilities will fit into it and when

Dedication/Reliability
• We only raid 3 nights, so we expect as close to 3/3 as possible from everyone
• Have a good PC and solid Internet connection
• Be ready for every encounter in terms of knowledge, consumables and extra gear sets if needed

Personal Traits
• Team Spirit - We are happy when you try to be as good as possible but you should always value the "good of the team" more than your personal achievements/gear
• Raiding experience. We don't expect you to have killed every boss out there, but you should have some raiding experience
• Order of importance: Attitude>Skill>Gear. If you fail on the first two, you will most likely fail your trial
• Able to communicate clearly in English, both in speaking and in writing (we use Ventrillo, having a microphone is a plus but not obligatory)
• Mature attitude towards raiding - Wiping is part of the learning process. If you don't like wiping, you are probably playing the wrong game
