“Elycium” Guild

About us:
Elycium is a small & dedicated PvE community recruiting mature, high-end raiders & Mythic+ players to fill our ranks.
So far in Legion, we've managed to clear 7/7 Mythic Emerald Nightmare, 2/3 Mythic Trials of Valor, 10/10 Heroic The Nighthold & 3/10 Mythic The Nighthold.
We are currently progressing through The Nighthold on Mythic. At the moment we are primarily in need of a Tank and ranged DPS, but we're always looking for exceptional players of any class.

Raid times:
Wednesday 19:00-23:00
Thursday 19:00-23:00
Sunday 19:00-23:00

Additional, optional raid days might be added during progression.

What Elycium can offer you:

• Progression: We're striving to become the top guild on Outland and progress throughout Mythic Nighthold.
  
• Atmosphere: We're a welcoming and very social community with room for casual chatting to intense discussions.
  
• Active players: There will always be players online who are down for anything. Wether that's Mythic+ Dungeons, old content, achievement farming, PvP etc.
  

What we expect from you:

• Skill: You must know your class inside out and be able to play it at a very high level.
  
• Communication: You must have a working microphone & be able to communicate fluently in english.
  
• Flexibility: We might have you play a different spec depending on the encounter or raid setup. We might also extend raiding hours if a kill is eminent.
  
• Dedication: PvE must always be your number one priority in WoW.
  Reliability: Consistency is key. We expect our raiders to hold a nearly perfect raid attendance.
  
• Putting the guilds needs above your own: We cannot always guarantee a raid spot. If you're underperforming, wether on meters or on mechanics, you will get
  replaced. We are looking for players who wont get salty about it and quit, but rather accept it and strive to improve for the future. Loot is distributed
  using RCLootCouncil and decisions made by the officers wont be up for discussion, on top of that you will not be eligible for loot during your initiation period.
  

Applying:
We require all potential recruits to write an application, in the form of a Google Form. An officer will try to reach out once a decision has been made,
although due to a high volume of applications, we can't guarantee it.
