“Stay at home nerds” Guild

Who are we?
Stay at Home Nerds is primarily a PvP orientated Guild with a raiding team aspiring to progress through ToT. Currently, we are led by heroic-progressed players and with competent raiders who have substantial raiding experience including realm firsts in previous tiers.

Progress:
We are 6/13 HC but we are lacking one ranged dps, which makes us unable to progress further.

Loot rules and priority:
Loot Council. If you have the most benefit from the item you will have higher priority to get that item than anyone else. Same goes for BiS items.

Raiding Days:
Monday: 19.45-23.30
Tuesday: 19.45-23.30
Wednesday: 19.45-23.30
Thursday: 19.45-23.30
Sunday: 19.45 - 23.30

Reason why there's so many raiding days is because we are progressing on Heroic. We want at least 10/13 before 5.4, which means. We have to progress as much as we can.

Current recruitment:

Hunter (High priority)
Mage (High priority)
Elemental Shaman (Low - Can make an exception)


Requirements:
* Have at least 12/12 experience with 2/13 heroic bosses - Can make an exception.
* Be at least 515+ item level.
* Know your class, talents/glyph/reforge/gemming and rotation.
* Don't start drama or be negative during raid.
* Don't joke around (in raid), causing people to lose focus.
* Have patience during the raid.
* Have 100% attedance, if you have something important to do. Please tell us at least 2-4 hours before the raid starts.
* Don't afk during trash. (Exception if its important)
* Read tactics before raid.
* Communication - Don't talk about anything else than important stuff during bosses.
* Be able to speak proper English (Accent is fine, as long as we are able to understand you)
* When something is bothering you, please tell an officer or GM.
